For example. You can’t have a specialty children’s boutique in an area were low-income traffic is a foot. Because those customers can not afford what your selling. So even though you are located in area where there is lots of traffic. That doesn’t mean you will be successful.

 

Why would people try to set up a shop there? Because they didn’t do their research on the demographics of the area and the rent is lower for the real estate. So cost has a big factor. Whether or not you sell anything you still have to pay the rent.

 

Then there is the insurance cost, city taxes, utilities, and every other bill associated with commercial property.

 

But the right store in the right location can make a killing.

 

So the biggest factor for deciding on where to have your store is Location, location, and location. Otherwise you better be easily accessible from the highway and have a big advertising budget to attract people to your store.

 

So now you know the Problems business Face. With all these cost before you begin you wonder how anyone can turn a profit and still give their clients or customers the lowest price possible.
