Books

These are some of the books I recommend.

1. Rich Dad Poor Dad: Robert Kiosoyaki
This is a great book. What I got most out of this book was how to change my mind set from my old way of thinking. Some of it is redundant but it kept my interest through the whole book. It is a must read also if you plan on reading any of his other books in the series.

2. The ABC's of Real Estate Investing: Ken McElroy
This book is by far the best real estate how-to book on the market. I have read about 7 of them. This one walks you through the whole deal from start to finish. This book is helpful especially if you plan on buying multi-unit complexes. It is very easy to read and an enjoyable book.

3. Multiple Streams of Income & Multiple Streams of Internet Income: Robert
Allen. MSI is a must read for anyone who wants to learn how to start saving and 
plugging up the holes that eat your cash. Also there are some techniques in the real estate market and stock market that can make some big cash. I know personally, on the real estate side, I have accumulated over 2 million in real estate in only 2 years! The MSI is a must read for anyone going into the online world of business. Warning though, please do your proper research on any of the ideas in these two books. Yes, you can make mass amounts of wealth, but if you do not do it correctly you can lose more than you bargained for.

4. The Complete Idiot's Guide to Starting an Online Business: This is a great book. It is easy to read. It walks you through all the basics to start up and run an online business. There are lots of resources to help cut down on the amount of hours you would spend researching the data.

5. Who Moved My Cheese?: Spencer Johnson. This is an excellent book about change and how you need to step out of your comfort zone to achieve the results you want. I love those rats!
