Fear

 

Ever been sitting around doing something and be lost in thought. Well as I recollect what has happen in the last week I have come to few realization that I believe to be true.

 

I believe in synchronicity. I believe we are all connected on some level. We make decisions that affect the outcome of our lives. We are who we think we are. The same thing controls everyone. Fear.

 

I hear people say all the time “I m not afraid of anything” In reality deep down in side every one of us there is one thing that causes us to do what we do. Fear.

 

What is fear? Fear is different for many people. It could be not making your next car payment, it could be speaking in front of people, it could be becoming to popular and having less privacy, it could be the most life destroying piece of information that you have kept secret for all these years. The bottom line is Fear is what causes us to do what we do.

 

Fear keeps us from becoming who we really are. Many lives have had tragic outcomes because people couldn’t cope anymore with fear.

 

Fear is the root of all problems in the world. Fear is such a factor in society world governments tries to control the flow of information to eliminate or create as much fear as possible.

 

So what can you do to help eliminate fear or learn what your real fear is?

 

Take a good look at your self. When you were presented with opportunities why did or didn’t you take them?

 

Were they bad or good opportunities? Did those opportunities cause or relieve some stress in your life?

 

Peoples fear can sometimes be so strong it causes people to look for ways to suppress it. Drugs, alcohol, relationships, and jobs they don’t want, or calculated Risks they did not take. Whatever the situation I can guarantee you Fear was somehow at the root of it.

 

So how do we combat fear? We look right into its deep dark abyss and see past the fear. Sometimes that fear hides a dark secret that could never get out because it could cause your life to be severely impacted someway. If that’s the case than you have much deeper issues and need professional help.

But all fear comes from the Unknown outcome or an undesired outcome. If we can learn to control the outcome we can learn to control fear.

 But for the rest of society it all starts with confronting our fears one at a time and see what are we really afraid of? Sometimes the fear is such a small part in the big machine that we blow it up to be the only thing in the world that maters. I think of teenagers like this when they are trying so hard to be popular or have a crush on some one who may not feel the same way about them.

 

From that one example I can show you just how powerful fear is. Lets say your son has a crush on Cindy. Cindy is the best thing in the world to little Ricky. Ricky is nothing special in other kids eyes. He gets average grades and is just average kid.

 

Well Ricky is afraid of rejection and worse the unknown. So he thinks about Cindy 24/7 and cant get her out of his mind. He can’t find the nerve to ask her out. Ricky gets jealous when other guys talk to her. He finds himself getting angry over things he really shouldn’t get angry about. He becomes obsessed with Cindy. (Not stalking obsessed) Its not that he is afraid of rejection. But he is really afraid of the unknown. The “What if” you may call it.

 

Well you know what comes before and after the IF. L and E. Life.

 

People Life is too short to worry about the Ifs. If you think it, it will happen. Think bad stuff and bad stuff happens. Think positive and good fortune is just around the corner.

So start now preparing for tomorrow and when tomorrow comes you will be ready.
